Adjournment Motion Over PM’s Statement to be Taken up for Debate in Parliament

Prime Minister, Ranil has made an economic policy statement in Parliament  recently.An adjournment motion over the statement made by Prime Minister on the government’s economic policy will be taken up for debate in parliament today, when Parliament is  convened at 1.00 p.m. today. The agenda includes fourteen questions for which answers will be sought.

Quoting the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, will present   the Report of the Committee appointed by the Minister to inquire into the sudden power-failures, that took place in the recent past, and other reports, will be presented to parliament today, March 23.
