Bail Application of Pillayan Postponed for Inquiry on 28 th April

Application made on behalf of Pillayan for bail was taken up today at Batticaloe High Court. He was produced before the High Court Judge, Ms.Chandrani Visvalingam today. She has postpone  the hearing on bail application to 28th April.
