Two Maldivians Arrested in Bambalapitiya for the Possession of 1kg Heroin

In another successful raid carried out with respect to the heroin racket prevalent between Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, the Police Narcotics Bureau has apprehended two Maldivians at a hotel in Bambalapitiya for the possession of 1kg of heroin.

The two suspects  aged 28 and 30 years ,they are due to be produced to the Negombo magistrate’s court today (23).
