Axe on CB Governor Mahendran Soon?

Arjuna Mahendran, Central Bank Governor has been accused for the second time over the issuance of Central Bank Bond.

Reports reaching us says, that top Government figures have expressed their concerns to the President and the Prime Minister over repeated allegations levelled against Mahendran. They stressed that the Government should not risk its future because of one individual. Hence, it is likely that Mahendran may lose his CB Post soon.
