Arrest of Another Former LTTE leader, Nagulan in Jaffna

Sivamoorthi Kanapathipillai alias Nagulan was a commander of the Charles Anthony Brigade of the defeated LTTE . Although Nagulan had entered into the army held areas along with tens of thousands of people he  had not been identified by the security forces then. Hence. he had not been arrested and rehabilitated. After staying in welfare camps for some time he had settled in Koppai and  married . He  has one child.

Terrorist Investigation  Division on interrogating  former Batticaloa LTTE leader Ram on Sunday(24), he has spilled the beans. He identified Nagulan and about his whereabouts. The TID arrested Ngulan at Kopay yesterday.
