Wimal gives house to Muthu Tharanga?

A list with the names of well-wishers of the previous government who received houses from the Construction, Engineering Service, Housing and Common Amenities ministry was recently a topic of much debate and scandal.

A recognizable name on that list was that of famous actress Muthu Tharanga.

Upon query Muthu stated that the name on the list was not hers and she had no part in politics whatsoever, further stating that though the name is the same as hers it belonged to someone else.
