Parliamentary Session Suspended for 5 Minutes.

There were arguments and counter arguments in parliament today regarding removal of military security to  former President Mahinda Rajapakshe. Followed by views expressed by Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka in this connection, there was commotion in the house. Sandith Samarasighe , UNP  MP  was injured in the melee  and taken to hospital.

Subsequently the house was suspended for 5 minutes.
