The Magistrate gave this order on April 28. Yoshitha was arrested on alleged fraud at CSN on January 30 by the FCID. He was released on bail by Colombo High Court in March.
However The FCID is now recording a statement from Yoshitha Rajapaksa over the alleged financial fraud at the Carlton Sports Network.
