Private Bus Operator’s Union President Gamunu Wants Separate Bus Fare in Traffic Congested Roads

Gamunu Wijeratne, President of the Private Bus Operators Union requested the National Transport Commission and the Government to introduce separate bus fare for buses operating on traffic congested roads. He requested to make provision in bus fare pricing formula. What about individual vehicle owners who use this traffic congested Roads Gamunu?
