A three-Judge bench this morning (11) decided to postpone the hearing of the case surrounding Democratic National Alliance (DNA) Tiran Alles.
The Attorney General accepted to not arrest the Parliamentarian till the 29th of June 2015, the postponed date for the hearing.
Alles had previously filed a Fundamental Rights Petition stating that there was a conspiracy to unlawfully arrest him in connection with RADA incident in violation of his Fundamental Rights.
The hearing of the petition had been postponed from the 28th of May to today (11).
