In Katugannawa landslide 6 Persons Reported Missing But 2 Bodies Recovered`

Followed the landslide in Kadugannawa occurred this morning(17),  six persons reported missing.

Since then the body of a woman and her 15-year-old child have been recovered from the site of the Kadugannawa landslide, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said. Four people are still remain missing.

Rescue operation is currently carried out by army in  assistance of  residents in the area.
