Thajudeen Murder: Confidential Statement by Panadura Traffic OIC

Former OIC, Traffic of Narahenpita Police during Wasim Thajudeen murder now serving as OIC Traffic,Panadura – Wellala Arachige Sarathchandra made a confidential statement to Colombo Additional magistrate, Nishantha Pieris yesterday (23).CID has submitted additional reports on investigation done on Sarathchandra in the past to the court. CID stated in their report to the court that Sarathchanda was not cooperative in the investigation done. However, he admitted submitting false report under compulsion by his superiors, CID mentioned in their report.
