10 Billion Insurance Cover Against National Disaster Ravi (Audio)

 

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake said as the Government has insured against disaster in Srilanka for Rs 10 Billion, there won’t be a burden to the state in paying compensation to those recent flood and landslide victims.

Srilankan Government has already paid Rs 300 million to the insurance Company. The insurance company will entertain claims for houses destroyed in recent flood and landslide, he said.
