Sexual favors and extortion to broadcast on Rupavahini, Malini speaks out

Malini Fonseka speaks out against an organized group within the Rupavahini Corporation who extorts money to broadcast Tele-dramas.

She further attributed this as the reason for her not producing any Tele-dramas in recent times. Malini claims that this group is still active and they still attempt to stop broadcasts of Tele-series casting her.

She says that her firm stand against this unfairness and corruption has left her at much disadvantage but says that she will not kneel before criminals and act on their terms.

Recently a Minister of the former government was also accused of extorting sexual and monetary favors to broadcast Tele-dramas.
