Cement New Price For New Stocks Only

The Board of Consumers Authority has requested the public to pay new price of Rs 930 only to new stocks and they expect old stock should be sold on old price.

But the Consumer Authority has failed to mention how an ordinary consumer differentiate new stock from old stock. Further, is it possible to argue with the seller. These are  practical problems  faced by consumers, observers say.
