No Confidence Motion Against Ravi & Micro Phone Failure in Parliament

The debate on  no-confidence motion against Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, which was  scheduled to be debated and put for vote yesterday (08) didn’t take place due to microphone failure.
Parliamentary session commenced at 13oo hrs and it was a question  time from the Prime Minister and question being asked from the PM. Around 13.30 hrs microphone network completely collapsed. In the meantime, Joint Opposition MPs started haggling with the FM Ravi Karunanayake. In the meantime Mahinda Rajapaksha came to the parliament and was seen in conversation with the Joint Opposition MPs . As all attempts to restore Microphone back to normalcy failed at 13.35hrs, Speaker  suspended the sittings for today at 9oo hrs.
In the meantime vociferous Dinesh Gunawardana has asked,whether it is a sabotage or  a natural technical  failure?
In reply, Luxman Kirriella said,that is not the first time that such microphone failure occurred in parliamentFurther he said ,Rs125 million has been allocated to repair microphone in parliament and  ruled out sabotage.
