Former DIG Anura Senanayake Further Remanded Until 23rd June

Thajudeen murder case was taken up for inquiry before the Colombo Additional Magistrate today. Retired senior DIG Anura Senanayake’s remand was extended until 23rd June 2016. He is a suspect and was in remand in connection with the murder of rugby player Wasim Thajudeen.
