Sathosa Case Taken up Today

The case into discrepancies reported at Lanka Sathosa will be taken up before the Kurunegala Magistrate’s Court today(14).

The case will be heard before High Court Judge Sunanda Kumara Ratnayake.

Former Minister Parliamentarian Johnston Fernando, former Chairman of Sathosa KMR Ratnayake and the former secretary to the Minister Raj Mohammad Sakeer were charged in the case.

The prosecution claims that discrepancies were reported during the previous North Western Provincial Council election.
