China Wants to See Srilanka as an Undivided Nation

The Chinese Ambassador to Srilanka,  Yi Xianliang made a visit to Jaffna  yesterday. During his tour of Jaffna, engaged in discussions with the Governor of the Northern Province, the District Secretary and several political representatives.

Reports said, the discussions were focused on the present political situation of the country and the economic development in the North.

Speaking to media , he said China will contribute towards developing reconciliation in all possible means.

Furthermore the Ambassador confirmed China will support the proposed Constitutional reforms in the country.
