Obama to visit SL at the end of the year

The President of the United States of America is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka towards the end of the year stated Minister of Plantations Laksman Kiriella at a Media briefing at UNP headquarters, Sirikotha today (15).
US Secretary of State John Kerry in his visit to Sri Lanka (02) expressed signs that Obama would visit Sri Lanka during his Asian Tour.
John Kerry during his visit stated that he had no wish to interfere with the internal affairs of the country but to simply observe the progress of the “Yahapaalanaya” and the new Sri Lankan Government.
Will that be the same motive behind Obama’s visit remains to be seen.
