Three complaints against BBS General Secretary Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera had been lodged with the police. One complaint is in respect of views expressed by him against the police and obstructed police in discharging their duties during a demonstration in Mahiyangana . The second complaint is inciting the people towards violence. The third complaint is in respect of expressing views regarding the letter sent to the IGP by the Srilanka Muslim Council.
RRT Lawyers and Co led by Senior Lawyer Shiras Noorudeen made this complaint to the police.
