Will ” Minnal ” Ranga be Arrested ?

On 30th March 2011, the vehicle in which former MP Ranga and his security officer, police seageant, Puspakumara (36759)  travelling hit a parapet wall and met with an accident. Police Seargent died on the spot. He was reported to have been seated on the left side and Ranga on driving seat. After the accident, with the help of top police Officers, Ranga gave a false statement to the police to abdicate his responsibility. Vehicle was badly damaged on the left side. Hence, definitely Police Seargent  would have been on the left side and Ranga on driving seat. However, he manged to conceal real facts  from police in order to escape from prosecution. He was an influencial man then in the Government, who maintained close association with  Namal Rajapakshe. Now the truth is coming out after five years. police have been informed. News papers and web news agencies have reported that the police has sought the advise of the Attorney General to arrest him. Police sources too confirmed it. Will Ranga be arrested?
