Grade 1 School Admission Circular Amended

Several provision  of the 2017 Grade one school admission circular have been amended. The Ministry of Education said the article prohibiting past pupils joining interview panels and appeals and objections panels have been removed .

Accordingly, the circular issued on the 16th of May for 2016/2017 under the Alumni category states a representative of past pupils can only be appointed to the interview board.

However, the circular has now been amended to include a past pupil in the interview panel.

The Ministry of Education said the other articles of the circular will be enacted as usual.
