According to reports the bomber targeted a crowded bakery where customers were shopping for bakery products for Ramazan celebrations. At least 40 others were left wounded. Foreign media says the death toll would increase as the most of the injured are in a critical state. Islamic State (ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attack through its jihadi media outlet of Amaq.
