Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra Murder Trial Judgement Fixed For 8 th September 2016

TheBharatha Lakshman Premachandra murder case was heard by a High Court trial-at-bar from October 2015.

Thirteen individuals including former UPFA MP Duminda Silva stand accused for 17 charges including the murder of four people including Premachandra on 8th October  2011.

In the meantime the judgment of the Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra murder trial was fixed for 8th September 2016 by the Colombo High Court today . The court ordered the parties to hand over written submissions before August 12.
