Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka reported to have said that then Kings are now carrying food to prison to be given to Namal Rajapakshe. All family members of Rajapakshe deserves to be in prison. While I was in prison for eight months, I ate prison food but today Namal Rajapakshe is permitted to get down food from home.

Mahinda keeps on stating that Namal’s arrest is politically motivated. Not only Namal’s arrest but other arrests made are politically motivated without legal base, stated Mahinda.

Actually I was arrested and sentenced without any legal base, but today all arrests made in Srilanka are based on judicial determination, Sarath Fonseka concluded.
