Australian High Court denies Sri lankan refugee Asylum

A Sri Lankan Tamil who arrived to Australia in 2010 and applied for asylum on the grounds that he would be prosecuted upon his return to Sri Lanka was rejected by the Australian High Court on the grounds that there was no indication that he was at risk of significant harm.
