The Bribery and Corruption Comission informed the Supreme Court yesterday (17) that they would be conducting an inquiry into former Chief Justice Mohan Pieris regarding the petition filed by Attorney Nagananda Kodituwakku. The Attorney had filed a petition stating that during Mr. Pieris’s term as Attorney General he gave an order that cost the Government 619 Million rupees.
