Samitha Summoned to CID In Connection with Attempted Assassination on Mahinda

The LTTE  suspect who attempted to  assassinate Mahinda had become acquainted with Samitha through former minister Johnston Fernando.
Purpose of summoning  to CID  was to  record  a statement regarding  a charge of providing shelter to a LTTE suspect ,who had arrived in Colombo to assassinate former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
