Nishantha Withdraws Motion Seeking Permission to Travel Abroad

Charges have been filed against Nishantha Ranatunga at the Kaduwela Magistrate in connection with the financial discrepancies reported at the CSN Network.

A motion was  filed at the Colombo High Court by the Former Chief Executive of the CSN Network Nishantha Ranatunga calling for permission to travel overseas.

This motion has been withdrawn by the attorneys representing Nishantha Ranatunga yesterday.

The attorneys informed Court that a request will be made at the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court calling for clearance for Ranatunga to travel overseas.
