Anura & Sumith Further Remanded

Former Senior,  DIG Anura Senanayake and former Crime OIC of the Narahenpita Police Sumith Perera, were  further remanded in connection with the Wasim Thajudeen murder till 24th August 2016, by the Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Pieris today (10).

The Colombo Additional Magistrate also ordered the directors of the Colombo National Hospital and the Prison Hospital to present a report in respect to the circumstances under which Senanayake and Perera are being treated.
