Pacific 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake in Vanuatu, Oceania

In between  Australia and Fiji  Islands,   A 7.2-magnitude earthquake has struck southeast off the island nation of Vanuatu in Oceania, US Geological Survey has reported. An alert over a local threat of a tsunami has been issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.
The US Geological Survey said the quake was 535km (330 miles) southeast of Vanuatu island and damage to property or loss of lives not reported.
