During Maternity Period Doubled Holiday With Full Pay

Now half  of the Indian women  giving birth to children have to take their leave During Maternity Period. The Government of India has introduced a legislation  to double Maternity leave and pay them. Accordingly they are entitle to obtain leave for 26 days with full pay. Now they are allowed only 12 weeks leave.

Special feature in this legislation is that those women, who act as rented mothers to carry others children are also entitle for this Maternity leave. Further, when the deploy more than 50 women, they should arrange facilities   to look after the children.

This  legislation facilitate  talented women to continue their  service without interruption due to child birth.
