New Law to Acquire Unclaimed Lands, Buildings & Money

In the recent past, FCID has found number of lands, buildings  and money invested by politicians remains unclaimed. There is no separate law in Srilanka to acquire land , buildings and money automatically. It could be done only through court of law . As more unclaimed  lands, buildings  and money appears to have been detected, the Government considers  introducing a new act of Parliament to acquire unclaimed lands buildings and money.
