FCID Tracking a Thai Restaurant Owner     

FCID is tracking a Thai restaurant owner, who owns Thai restaurants in Colombo 07 and in Battaramulla. This business man alleged to have given money to the Carlton Sports Network. He reported to have established close relationship with the three sons of Mahinda and a Powerful Minister. He was reported to have been involved in money laundering during the time of the Rajapaksa. The B report submitted by the FCID in this connection mentioned the name of this businessman and his father.

Doubts rose whether this individual has transported drugs to the Negombo area, when he was close with the former President. It is said that he had the assistance of a hotel owner in the city.
