2015 Caribbean premier league, Malinga out Mendis in

 

Foreign media reports state that Lasith Malinga has lost the opportunity to play for the upcoming Caribbean Premier League 2015 (HERO CPL) which starts this month.

Malinga who was to play for the Guyana Amazon Warriors sustained an injury and was forced not to participate in the league, another player the Guyana Amazon Warriors lost due to an injury was Justin Ontong.

Yet the Amazon Warriors have brought in South African fast-bowler. Merchant de Lange and Sri Lanka all-rounder Jeevan Mendis as replacements for Justin Ontong and Lasith Malinga.
