Weather Forecast For 20th August 2016

Fairly strong wind (up to 50-60kmph) is expected to continue over the Southern sea area, Southern province and Central hills of the island.

Several spells of light showers will occur in the Southern, Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces.

A few showers may occur in the Western and North-western provinces.

Thundershowers may occur at few places in the Eastern, Uva and North Central provinces particularly after 2.00 p.m.
