Yoshitha Seeks HC Permission To Travel Abroad

 Yoshitha Rajapaksa’ s passport was impounded by the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court regarding the CSN case. Rajapaksa was arrested by the FCID on January 30 this year and was released on bail by Colombo High Court in March.

Followed by this, Yoshitha Rajapaksa requested from Colombo High Court to grant him permission to travel abroad for medical treatment.

High Court Judge A.A.R. Heyiyanthuduwa fixed the consideration of the request to 22nd September 2016 , after Yoshitha’s lawyer informed court that he is unable to attend the court proceedings today.
