The Sri Lanka Transport Board said, that there has been a decrease in the number of complaints received on transport services.
The decrease is substantial in comparison to last year, Deputy General Manager of the Sri Lanka Transport Board, Raja Gunathilake said.
Further he said that 1.2 million people have utilised the services provided by the SLTB in the year 2015, and that this year the number stands at 1.3 million.
