SAARC Conference to be Deferred?

19^th SAARC Conference was scheduled to be held in Islamabad, Capital of Pakistan on 9^th and 10^th of November 2016. Four member Countries have registered their protest against the holding of the conference in Pakistan. As Pakistan was involved in the attack on Uri Military complex, India declared that it won’t participate in the SAARC Conference. Followed by this Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan quoted the unsettled situation in the region and announced their inability to attend the conference. Now the SAARC is led by Nepal, which conformed about non participation of countries concerned. According to the concept of SAARC all countries should agree on matters common for all. Hence, the possibility of deferring the SAARC conference exist.
