Mihin Lanka Decided to Discontinue All its Flights & Services From 30 th October 2016.
Mihin Lanka has decided to discontinue all its flights and services with effect from 30th October 2016, a notice sent to airline’s travel partners disclosed. The decision had been made by the government of Sri Lanka, as part of its long-term strategy to restructure the local aviation industry and strengthen the national carrier’s offering and efficiency. The notice sent by its CEO also said the airline staff would soon be in touch with all its travel partners to advice on how existing and future bookings should be handled.
