Case Filed Against VAT Bill Again

 General Secretary of the Pivithuru Hela Urumaya , Udaya Gammanpila has filed  a case against the VAT bill approved by the cabinet. As provisions  4, 13, 17, 18  contravenes the  sections 3,4,12(1), 14(1), (2) of  Srilankan constitution, interim injunction is sought from the Supreme Court against taking the bill for debating  in parliament.
