Basil Disclaim Malwana Land

FCID has filed a case in Pugoda  Magistrate Court informing that  the land and building at Malwana  supposed  to have  been purchased by Basil Rajapaksha  and registered under an individual’s name.

When FCID confronted the said owner,  he disclaimed ownership.

Now  Basil Rajapaksha  too has informed the Pugoda Magistrate,  that the Malwana  land and building does not belongs or owned by him.  Pugoda Magistrate has    postponed  the case  to 14^th October 2016.
