Namal Filed Action Against FCID Claiming 100 Million

MP, Namal Rajapaksha  today(10)  filed a case in  Colombo District Court  against FCID   claiming 100 million damages  for his  unlawful arrest  and detention   on 11 th July 2016.

In his application to the court  he stated that money transaction  that took place between   a company   and  the Rugby club  has nothing to do with him . Despite this fact, he was arrested and detained. Hence, he  claimed  100 million damages from the FCID.
