Mahinda Disclosed the Reason for his Defeat

 

While giving an interview to a Colombo based media, Mahinda said, that he believed much in astrological predictions and as a result he is in today’s predicament.

There was wide spread talk that his chief Astrologer, Sumandasa Abeygunardena caused the debacle. He is prepared again to predict and advise Mahinda.  When Journalist asks about Sumandasa’s willingness to help him, he said that he conducted the Presidential election two years ahead of the scheduled period on advice given by Astrologers around him.  I strongly believe in astrology. Hence, despite certain party members advised not to hold presidential election ahead, I called for it and got defeated.
