Central Provincial Chief Warned for Allowing others to fly

It has been reported in the Press recently that the CP Chief had arranged for a group of councillors to enjoy a holiday in Russia at public expense without the knowledge of the big boss.

The Central Chief was invited to the palace for a brief talk that lasted about 15 minutes had ended with the severe warning that any future move on his part involving the squandering of public funds would result in his wings being clipped. After receiving the warning call, the Chief remains indoor for the rest of the day trying to recover from the shock.

In the meantime, the group left for Russia has returned home happily. The other group now regret the loss of their turn to go on the foreign trip is finding fault with the Chief?
