Thajudeen Murder : Ananda Samarasekera Petitioned High Court Seeking Prevention of Arrest

Former Chief Judicial Medical Officer Ananda Samarasekara  filed a case  in  Colombo Chief Magistrate Court  seeking  prevention of  arrest  by the  CID, which was dismissed.

He  has petition  the High Court against the decision of the Colombo Chief Magistrate.

The Colombo High Court has noticed  AG and the CID to appear in  High Court on  27^th October 2016 .
