Three Wheeler Collided in Ratnapura – Avissawella Road

Two women were killed and two others including a three year-old child injured when a three-wheeler collided head on with a cab at Madola on the Ratnapura-Avissawella Road early this morning (15).

Police  said the accident occurred when the three-wheeler tried to overtake another vehicle.

The deceased aged 70 and 40 were residents of Thuruvila, Erannagoda. The two  injured were admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.
