The secretary to the state ministry of education Tissa Hevavithana said that vouchers for school uniforms for the year 2017 will be made available to parents of school children by November 2016.
Parents are advised to collect their vouchers from the first week of November 2016 from respective distribution centers. Further he said, that all shortcomings observed last year has been addressed.
