Tension at Kurinchankulama Junction in Kalpitiya

 Last night (20),  the fishermen  of Kalpitiya began  their protest  demonstration against adapting  illegal fishing methods.

 A group of individuals arrived at the location this morning  (21)  to register their  protest  against demonstrators.

Hence, a tense situation has arisen  in Kalpitiya now.

In the meantime, Special Task Force was deployed to defused tension in that area.
